As we get ready for our first big(ger) CSO event of the year this Thursday, let's use the blog to share ideas and inspirations to prayerfully support the success of our participation in the Panel!
A new school year brings a new CSO year! In the Church Manual, Mary Baker Eddy describes college organizations as the "privilege of members." In its simplicity, however, she gives each organization the freedom to determine how to best serve the campus community. As an organization, the CSO is a resource for the campus-- a spiritual resource. Through our search for spiritual insights and understanding, we are a force for good, a force for healing.
This blog is one of the new ways the Yale CSO is trying as a means of reaching its community-- including the members of the CSO, interested Yale students, faculty and staff, and Yale alumni previously affiliated with the CSO. As Yale students, past and present, well know, one of the challenges of life at Yale is maintaining a busy schedule. It is our hope that this blog will serve as a virtual meeting place, in addition to our monthly meetings, to share ideas, ask questions, and find Truth. Join the discussion via the comments feature, or email inge.schmidt@yale.edu to get added as a blogger!
